Lesson learned in Sociology: Whenever somebody starts a sentence with "I don't mean to sound prejudiced or anything but...," the rest of the sentence will be incredibly strange. It made me so angry. If the bell hadn't rung at that precise moment, I would've probably raised my hand and given them a piece of my mind.

Some kid from my cousin's mosque when I was teaching. I was telling them about Soc and prejudice, and how this junior named Steven said, "TV makes us numb to violence. Maybe we'll become numb to gays." Which was pretty stupid too, to be honest.

Oh and there was a three foot long black snake in my drive way. It freaked me out. It might be a planetarium.

Or also things like,

"Yeah, the woman was being abused for twelve years, but she didn't kill him during an attack, so she deserves thirty years in prison. If it's during an attack, it's self defense."
