well, i had tossed it onto a pile of pillows on our bed, so i could use the bed stand for some pictures. eryth came in later and was telling me a little story, then wandered off. then i turned around, and i see this...

apparently the bed stand is just not a good spot for it. so now i begin a quest to find a spot to put the bed where it will get the approval of the princess.
