Ya, smoking is no good. I started couging all the time while I was riding my bike about a week ago, which is when I decided I had to stop. Good luck.

yah, smoking is lame. i've recently noticed that i have this perpetual little cough going on all the time, and I'm NOT sick. disgusting!
