Your prices are too high - check with amazon.ca or take a tour of HMV. Unless these are all blu-ray, many of them can be bought new for 10$ or less (Constantine is easy to find for $6, for example, and that isn't unusual for the list). Sorry, DVDs mostly depreciate badly.
