I think of those days all the time. We were so miserable, weren't we? We dreamed of getting out and then we did.

I hope life is as grand as you hoped it would be. It seems like it is.

I am far from the desert, and out of the rat race, for the most part. In a wonderful relationship and surrounded by the coolest people I could wish for.
