i love my wife!

taking work personally only creates unnecessary stress... can't lose sight of the fact that I exchange my time and labor for financial compensation, not personal enjoyment. I'm not paid to like my job, just to get it done.

today is beautiful!

what a beautiful morning.

little rivals walking along 2nd on my way to work on a day like today. or any day.

water to my right, city to my left, sun overhead, and crisp air all around.

i love it.

i need some new music. though its more of a want than a need. music isn't the same staple in my life that it is in the lives of others. its just kind of a recreation i stumble upon from time to time, and enjoy listening to while driving around, (which doesn't happen all too often). lame fact #126: i haven't updated my ipod in like a year and a half ( Read more... )

read a kitsap sun article today about some kids stealing old pizza out of a little caesars garbage bin on callow ave.  evidently, the kids have recently taken to breaking off dumpster locks installed by the owner to continue stealing the discarded pizza and leaving taunting messages about having been fed well by it ( Read more... )

jeneane, max, and i live in seattle now, which makes for much better work and school commutes.  we enjoy it here.  but you knew that, journal.

there's so much to write and so little to share.

we had dinner with noah and nanda at mama's a couple of weeks ago, and it was really good.  i'm anxious to try tutta bella.
