Thanks. I guess land is more expensive and less available up there to make a large garden difficult?

Yep. Our place has NO yard at all. We have some potted herbs in our little area outside but the amount of actual planting space are 2 rock-filled areas of about 2'x4' with concrete in the middle. I cannot wait to have a garden again!
