Actually, no. That sucks. I do look in the mirror and say clintpatty you need to quit being a fatty sometimes. But that's just a looser definition of fatty than most people have, and I don't see myself as fatter than I am. I'm largely wanting to lose this 10 for running performance, and it would be nice for cycling too. Maybe since appearance hasn't been my main goal with fat loss in a while I don't look in the mirror like that.
I've been eating beans, veggies, free bread, etc. The type of food isn't really a problem for me. It's how much I'm eating. I eat a bunch thinking I'll run the next day then not run due to school or not feeling like it or whatever.
