not to sound like a richard simmons fanatic, but exercising in the outdoors used to really get my mind and body back together after dealing with tiring schedules and annoying people. just a little jog in the nice weather helps clear the head. i am the last person to promote physical exertion when unnecessary, but in the end, it does help a little with the blahs.

although.. watching a richard simmons tape will probably make you laugh too.

See this is why I really love the fact that you do write in your LJ. Somehow our paths in life seem to bend the same way around the same time. You have helped me get through some tough times. I wish you luck and try to get some sleep.

There's something about art school...the way it can suck joy out of you. For as much as I used to love to draw (as I'm sure you once did), it feels more like a chore now than anything else. Sad really.

You'll be okay though. Just use time to your advantage; make things happen. Keep your head up. :)
