Reading my book groups reminded me of Tess of the d'Urbervilles, a book which I hated so very, very much that I just didn't finish the damn thing. I was in an advanced reading class, and not every book on the list had papers or tests attached to them, so I *gasp* didn't do what I was told, took a HUGE risk and, brace yourselves now, didn't finish
