OMG I am a bicyclist. Well, I own a bicycle anyway, and I've gone on one ride :D I am soooo sore right now though. The whole fronts of my thighs are sore, and I can also feel it on the side above my knee, which I'm sure you'll all be glad to know is the vastus lateralis:
