Ikki and Zexion are still pretty stable! Being indisposed for that month was concerning, but it was at least good to see that Zexion's original goal with his general policy of non-interference -- that Ikki and Gokudera would be able to handle things on their own, once he is no longer part of their lives -- seems to be achievable.

Gilbert has been an interesting addition to this whole dynamic, and, as I've mentioned elsewhere, not one that Zexion is entirely comfortable with. It's not in him to try and stop it, though, whatever his logical (or illogical) protests may be.

The personality reversal post was really the first outward hint that he knows where this is going. "It's not enough." He's... not sure if Ikki's actually capable of hearing that, though.

... Zexion is also, these days, generally put out about the lack of Kogarasumaru presence on the other side of the lawn. Go have your vacation and hurry up and come home. In the meantime I'm just going to manipulate Kazu into doing a bunch of the construction work while you and ( ... )

Memes like this are for stuff like that, though.

Zexion on Chikusa is much like Zexion on Ken, above, save that Zexion recognizes Chikusa is the far more intelligent/calculating one. No headpats for you; Zexion just respects your opinion.

Radu's situation is unfortunate, but not one that Zexion has any particular plans to do anything about. He has nothing at all against using Radu against Dietrich when the opportunity presents itself, which like as not works in Radu's favour (such as when he was book-sealed after Gokudera's explosion earned him his freedom), but so long as Dietrich stays away from the few Zexion's protective of, Zexion doesn't really care.

He hasn't been at all against Radu the few times they've met socially, though Zexion is aware that there's a lingering darkness around him. He doen't get the impression that Radu is a strong person, typically; that if he were allowed to lay down and just stop he might just take it. With the added complication of Dietrich, he wouldn't ever be likely to seek Radu out, but nor does ( ... )
