So I'm here. I'm on my own--not that it's truly different than earlier--but this time, I'm actually on my own. For the most part. I'm away from my mother, and it would've felt the least bit depressing if she weren't wishing my doom. I'm sure she is. Maybe I'll visit her in the future... maybe.

Actually, in association with physics, fire would have an advantage over snow due to the frozen qualities which make snow so like ice... though, I do see your point if you happen to near too much and it just, say, melts...

I just miss the snow. I'm more accustomed to it and it's... odd not being around it so much. I'm also accustomed to books, too, which is why I wanted the library, since I typically don't make friends...
