Nothing has turned up about either OSTA or ANTI. No one supposedly living in Nhode seems to know anything about either one. Most of them have a grudge against OSTA, unsurprisingly

Hm, as far as I know, the communication devices were given to us and made by a man named Zak, who is allied with ANTI.

It looks like they just shoved everything anywhere they could manage. I don't know about time or anything, but maybe they sent things to places as soon as they could get them open.

Whatever technology they have to accomplish such tasks must be very powerful. Not even the Towa Organization in my world has been able to reach the potential Weisdia has with theirs.
