It was an excellent convention. It was really nice being with a lot of close friends who I was meeting for the first time.
::Talking to Taki Soma and Mike Oeming about breaking into comics, drinking, and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia
::Talking to Brian Glass about Mice Templar and how awesome Cassius is.
::Deciding to go to the Panthers Stadium, only to walk outside as thunder and lightning simultaneously commence.
::Dub car shows.
::Barry Kitson explaining Cricket and calling us Riffraffs.
::Getting a lot of graphic novels for really cheap.
::Meeting Jeffrey Brown, getting him to sign and sketch in two books, and telling him how much I love his work.
::Wandering downtown Charlotte for 2 hours searching for booze, only to have it be "a wash". I felt like we were in American Graffiti.
::Matt Fraction sketches a baby, made the wrong career choice.
::Seeing people I know get excited to meet some of their personal heroes.
::Getting nice and drunk on Saturday night at the hotel bar and just goofing off while being completely carefree.
::The Ride home.
:Tons of other stuff.
I can't wait for more conventions. Baltimore Comic Con this September.
