He asked for opinion when they already took a decision and then ignore it completely. It's frustrating and dangerous.

Kudo is so paranoid that now thinks that the Black orgs are after Naoto and wants to tell her about the organization. I told him that he didn't had enough proof and that he was going to get her in danger. In short, he said that he, Heiji and Kid-san agreed to it, so, my opinion doesn't matter.
