Psychologically, all weather affects everyone's mood. So, even if you think it doesn't, it really actually does. Weird, right. But that's just the way it goes. For reals though, I'm like a cold weather junkie. I love it. Much better than hot weather. Although hot weather gets people talking about how they walk around half naked and that's pretty great when it's certain people.
