We have of the parlor versions in our living-room, circa 1895 or so. My dad repaired the bellows (or had them repaired) at some point during my childhood to make it less wheezy, and it plays okay. A purist may not think so.

I meant to ask, did you interact with the Estey museum in Brattleboro at all? They are in one small corner of the former factory (which was huge by Victorian-era standards) . They have some info on their website like a serial number lookup so I wondered if they'd be helpful when doing repairs like this.
