How the hell

I really thought I was past this city surprising me. After roughly a year and five months, I really thought. . . .

The mayor was the Devil, three kids stopped him and died for their trouble, and now every water source in the city is now blood which is bringing back some really awful memories of certain operating tablesI ( Read more... )

((OOC: Hey, just wanted to point out that all of the water that is not already mixed with something else (water in the body, soda, juice, etc) is blood. Doc is steam-powered, right? Therefore the water that powers him would be blood. ALL the water in northern Illinois.))

((Yeah, by "water in the body" we mean the water that's naturally in a person's body. Since the steam-powered bit isn't natural, it doesn't apply.))
