She shouldn't be taken aback because she herself told me the last payment was on the 20th of November.
Although she did reckon a fortnight after the 20th of November was the 2nd of December. Which is just stupid. I learnt how to add when I was in grade 1.
I missed out on important teaching to visit her again. I am tempted to just send in the dispue form to the Tenancy Commissioner rather than visit them again.
