What in God's name is sandwich loaf?

basically, it's a terrible deception. It looks like a rectangular carrot cake, with cream cheese frosting and little orange frosting flowers all over it. Then, when you slice it, it suddenly smells like tuna. It's made of Wonderbread layers between green olives, cream cheese "frosting", and mayo with some tuna in it. The "frosting" is made of cream cheese and italian dressing.
