so, I've been scrubbing tubes and working on some of the jewelry on my lunch break. It means that this weekend you might see a few of them becoming available as I complete them. I dug through the ones at the shop and picked up some great tubes. They are all about the same size - 2inches or so long. Each one is pretty different.

Soooo.... Patrick does repairs for a cell-phone company, and they throw away tons and tons of broken circuit boards and motherboards with crazy tiny bitty patterns on them. I realize that you are doing steampunk, but if you clipped tiny bits of these motherboards apart, you could have something like a 5mm x 3mm green/gold/silver/red "circuits" interfacing with your older components. Some of these things are positively arachnid, looking like spider eyes, and some look like glowing white runes on the green background. Very nifty.

If you are interested in taking a look at them, let me know. I have no problem taking some pictures or even sending you a batch to see if anything hits you inspirationally.
