Ah - what a neat quartet from those four prompts; especially neat to be able to use them all in one set.

It took a bit of wriggling, but not too much. Thanks again for your prompt. I'm glad you like the results!

Niiiice. I think Pollution's might be my favorite, but these are all great. There's a kind of continuity, too, from things that last to change and back again.

Thanksssssss. Interesting choice! it was not my favourite, I think, but possibly I've write too many dreamy dislocated Silm snippets for it not to feel a bit familiar. It was a fun little break, anyway.

ALL THOSE RILLS. But no, I think it's a consequence of its... placement? Now I'm just making stuff up. Oh well. Good drabbles, would prompt several months in advance again. :'D

Nice associations, great streams of consciousness, and you certainly haven't lost your deft touch.

late comment. Just back from Norway.
Poor Famine. He deserves a more charismatic partner. (Do I detect a bit of spleen, that vague, indefinable feeling of unhappiness and dissatisfaction?)
I liked all of these. Very well written. Thanks for sharing :)

Oooh, I always thought 'spleen' was a nastier emotion, but defined like that it certainly does fit what I wanted here. And thank you for the prompt! It was a fun little change. I'm glad you liked them!
