I don't have a mac to test on, so it's really hard to fix stuff like that. It all works flawlessly in FireFox under Windows, but yes, font rendering is notoriously different on MacOS.
Which tabs don't look right? And do they look like the text is just too wide for the container? That would give me a clue, anyway...
