For my own reference. And for everyone else's too I guess!
NARUMI AYUMU
Ayumu is Hizumi's counterpant, and the only person in the world who is in the same situation he's in. He wasn't much interested in him at first, but after finding out about the whole clones thing, he ended up wishing to meet him and see what to do. At one point, he promised Ayumu that he might lie from time to time, but that he would never betray him-- and he respects that promise. Considering everything, Ayumu is the only person who can fully understand him and for that, Hizumi sees him as his BFF. It helps that Ayumu is like, totally hilarious.
NARUMI KIYOTAKA
We never see Hizumi interacting with Kiyotaka and he doesn't talk much about him to begin with, but he states at one point that he hates him. So I'm rolling with this.
TSUCHIYA KIRIE
Kirie is one of the Watchers, one of the factions that formed after Yaiba's organization was formed. Her role is to watch on the Blade Children, etc. Watchers stay neutral and simply keep looking at Yaiba's plan as an experiment, reporting on how it goes and so on. She and Hizumi have known each other for a few years, and though Hizumi likes to tease her and make fun of her (a lot), it's pretty clear he likes her company. It's hard to judge their relationship properly because on one hand, she's a big tsundere and actively pushes the fact that Hizumi must be killed by Ayumu, but on the other, she's actually a nice woman underneath it all.
HILBERT KANONE
There isn't so much interaction between the two, honestly. The first time Hizumi meets Kanone, he kills him :Db. Kanone managed to actually seriously agitate Hizumi, and his words confused him a lot, to the point where instead of killing him calmly and stuff, he actually ends up shooting him numerous times and appears pretty shaken after the deed. That's about it.
YUIZAKI HIYONO
Hiyono is always around Ayumu, and that's how he got to meet her! They don't interact a whole lot, but Hizumi thinks of her as a reliable girl, if only a bit scary considering how she damaged Ayumu's reputation just by being around him. It's clear he doesn't want her involved in the whole thing with Ayumu, though, and even tells her to stand back on the sidelines so she won't get hurt.
