yummy. But I don't get the single serving thing, unless you microwave it, I guess. Though it is nice because having the single serving ratio makes it easier to just multiply it by however many you want to make. I can just times it by 4 and get 4 muffins at a time, rather than 12. Leave a comment

Are you on pinterest? I can't remember. Anyway, I saw this link posted in a community yesterday and went to her site and found another recipe from her called pumpkin bread in a bowl (or something similar?) and it looked super good so I pinned it. I want to try it this weekend.
