I must buy groceries tonight.  I must then transform those groceries into meals for the week.  I am feeling completely uninspired - any recipe suggestions?

turkey chili

pasta with olives, artichoke hearts, arugula, shaved parmesean and dabs of olive oil

coldcuts from the deli section and some good bread

baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese (soy bacon bits optional)

your corn, bean, and tomato salad with some quinoa and lime juice thrown in...perhaps cilantro, too?

And which would you like for dinner tomorrow?

right now the pasta and the corn salad are sounding tasty. but don't forget to buy a lime!

Ugh. I *should* be doing this as well, but I'm not.

Hmm, ideas:

Pasta with some kind of meat in it, with marinara sauce (I am currently obsessed with spaghetti with kielbasa).

Chili.

Pasta salad.

Egg salad with bacon (for breakfast sandwiches).

Buffalo chicken (another common obsession).

Yes, though that's a technique I've never tried.

Black beans and rice. The base is 2 15-oz. cans of black beans, 1 16-oz. can of diced tomatoes, and 1 green pepper (with sauteed garlic to taste, and plenty of ground black pepper). I usually make double or treble the recipe, and treble should feed three people for a weekish.
