"do we have to be on the stage all the time?"

I found this question, which Michael suggested as a source of inspiration for our week 9 blogs, to be rather thought provoking in the sense that I was left feeling curious as to whether Shakespeare was right in saying that the world is indeed a stage and yes “we are all merely players”. I am unsure

I too find it intriguing. I think we all do act to a degree, I have met people who act all the time! Hard getting to know them :)

At the risk of sounding patronising I want to say "thank you for sharing" But I definately in no way mean it that way I actualy do just appreciate you sharing those thoughts. It's interesting to read different peoples LJ's as some people 'journal' in the traditional sense such as this entry and others creative write alot.I think it's realy inspiring to read an entry like this so, thank you. That said, onto the content. I think the world is full of wierd and wonderful thesbians and therefore I find it's actuay a realy great thing to have people or an environment in which you know you completely drop out of character so to speak, and be your real self. I think the great thing about your entry is that in saying "I am unsure as to whether or not there is a time in my life when I can simply be myself" you state something personal and pretty pure. So maybe you are your truest self when you write?
