Ain't life wonderful?

Can't believe I'm actually sayin' this but I almost wanna thank the watcher's council. Sure they tried to kill me....alot, but check me out a free woman. The best part of all is that I never ever have to wear blue again. After wearin' that blue jumpsuit for so long, I think I might just flip out if anything blue ever touches my body again. Just as you step out of the shower you hear a knock on your door. What could it possibly be now? You had been out, you'd talked to Cordy... Could a man not have a quiet moment to himself, without them thinking... Well ok, you have to admit that being locked up in here for the last couple of ever, might give them that impression.

Throwing a towel around your hips and trying to shake most of the water out of your hair, you walk across the suite to open the door.

"Faith?"

Couldn't help but let my eyes linger on him as he opened the door with only a towel wrapped around his waist. Damn, Soul Boy. Can't you have at least a little bit of sympathy for the chick whose been in prison for a wicked long time. Go ahead and flaunt how hot you are right in front of me.

Bastard.

"Hey Soul Boy." I said, a wicked grin spreading over my face. "Bad time?" I asked, pointedly.

She's looking at you. In that way. You let your hand slip down your stomach to feel that the towel's still sound and secure around your waist. It is. So why is she staring?

"Is there something on my face?"

You open the door a bit wider and step aside to let her in.

"It's good to see you, Faith. Cordy told me about... the stuff."

"Huh?" I asked, confused for a sec when he asked if there was something on my face. Soul Boy must be a little freaked cause I was staring at him like I was a starving animal and he was a big fat steak. Oh well...

"Naw. Just happy to see you." I smirked at him as he opened the door. Walking in past him I looked around his room for a minute before flopping down on a chair near his bed.

"She gave you the skinny on the whole watcher's council tryin' to off me again, huh? Man, those guys never learn."
