I have an excellent business idea, but don't know how to start it. I'm quite fearful, actually. This means I have to call several people and convince them to become partners with me.

All businesses are hard to get off the ground once you have a good idea and no clue where to start. Just look for some business savvy friends and ask them for advice on loans, etc. Good luck, m'dear!!!
