I have been in pain for months with my shoulder. So I finally went to the doctor. after sitting in the MRI for 35 minutes and waiting a week, i got the diagnosis: tear in my rotor cuff. so no gym for me. no lifting for me. I am very down about it. can not wait to get back to the gym so i can complain how much i hate it. lol

i can not win First I get in trouble trouble for looking qat naked men on the web. Now I heard " Have you had enough of that swim suit issue?" Now I can not read Sports Illustrated. No men no women.

I guess I just can not wil HAHAHA lol.

not much doing here. going to work and going home. back and forth.

There seems to be a new thing at the gym Sneakers, or sneaker laces that match your shirt. Maybe not new, but one I am just noticing. Red shirt, red sneakers. Spent Christmas as all good Jews do. Chinese food and a movie. Saw Les Miz. Not disappointed. Really liked it.

kitchen almost finished. long haul. since september. only backslpash has to be picked out and put in. we are unpacking.. well really washing because everything is soo dirty. Al finished enough to have the family over foe a Channukah party. They will just have to stay away from the walls. or get plaster all ove their clothes.

was going to write about how everyone is mad at me. My kids for cancelling thanksgiving because of no kitchen, well almost finished, and my wife's health. Heaven forfend that someone else should do it. so off to a restaurant we go. my chat buddy in one of the chat rooms is being a drama queen over some joking i did with him. no more of that.
