Mustache Makeup (Don't Laugh)

I am concidering using makeup to
make a fake mustache. I've looked
around online but could'nt find any
instruction websites, do you know any?

One of my friends who had alot of peach fuzz used mascara but if you consider going out in public i wouldn't do it.

i second the "don't go out in public" thing (unless you want to look like a drag king). having said that, i've needed to make fake facial hair for a drag type thing and i used tiny clippings of my own hair, held on with spirit gum. dunno how well that will work for a mustache... mustaches have always been the most mysterious type of facial hair to me. but try it out!

a good site for this kind of technique is here. in general, you'll have the most luck looking under drag king forums/websites (even if you're just experimenting and don't even plan on leaving the house.)

Apologies for the silly question, but what is spirit gum? I've been using eyelash glue with hair clippings, but perhaps it's not the ideal solution.

Spirit gum (can be found at costume stores such as Party City) with your own clipping of head hair works well. Cut the hair up first and experiment on different looks, sometimes less is more.
