(no subject)
I promised pictures. Here they are.
This is me getting my hair done. I had been up all night, and my stomach was beginning to protest this. I am also wearing Fyl's shirt, as if that's important. XD I love my expression on this one. It's funny.
This is me pinning up Fyl's doublet. I made it way too short (I tried it on him a few times before, but I never realized), and as a result the bottom of it sort of hung just over his belly, and combined with how halfhazardly the sides of it were laced up, it made him look huge in the pictures. >_< I could cry over it, I swear I could.
This is Jojo's two-minute (I'm not joking) ceremony. Sorry I don't have a better picture of it.
"By the power invested in me, I now pronounce you man and wife. Please... make out."
This is the cake. By this time, Fyl was feeling so sick that he nearly fell *into* the cake, so as a result I also have this exact picture only without Fyl in it. He was sitting just outside the pic hunched over and nauseous.
This is me throwing the bouquet... and the bouquet falling apart as it is being thrown. It had to run all the way across the festival, too, after all, so it was all worn out and ready to die, anyway. Fyl's cousin Megan was the only one who ran for it. Mihoshi is on the side, hands folded, smiling looking very pleasant and making no effort whatsoever. XD Maybe it's because she'll be married anyway in a year. I love this picture.
There were lots and lots of pictures with various family members, but it's not like anyone in my family reads my livejournal, so I'm going to skip all of those. ^^;; I tried to look cutesy in this picture and by some miracle actually succeeded.
I know this one is dark, but I love it anyway. Ken is on my left taking a picture of my bouquet, because Mihoshi wanted me and Fyl kissing in the background. I like it, though.
Fyl left shortly after this, so Mihoshi dragged me off and had me model. These are all photographs my dad took, and I think he's a pretty good photographer, but it was her who did all the posing and what not. She did a very good job, and I'm sure what pictures she'll have will be amazing. ^.^
"Okay, now bend down and pet the dragon!"
