So although I'm not the most sociable of people, or the most trusting, I know that the way I'm feeling right now is not due to that. I feel like I hate everyone right now. To answer your question, the only thing in my life that I truly want to accomplish is to feel like I am a good person, and be happy with what I have. It's not necessarily something that "I won't rest until I accomplish or do" it's more like something that comes with time and a bit of destiny and luck. It is a goal though, and something I'm sure everyone wants: for their life to be happy and meaningful. =]

I can relate to your entry on a million levels. I've felt that way too. I have so much to say I have no idea where to start lol. First of all, I share your goal about just being happy and satisfied with your life, because in the end that's all that really matters. To me, (and I know a lot of people would disagree) it doesn't even matter all that much to make a huge difference in the world, or to be remembered. That's not what's important to me. I just want to be satisfied with myself, to be able to look back and remember just being happy ( ... )

Even today I'm already starting to feel different about my last entry, it was just one of those times where a bad day inspired negative thoughts. I still stick to many of the things I said, except I came to think, "What kind of person would I be if I went against what I said, "make the most of your time." So today is a new day, as there will always be a new day with new opportunities. In a sense, everyday is a chance to start over new, and we should all seize the day right?

Well, I guess some people just have to think different ways. I find it that being optimisitic makes the hard times a lot easier. I've been a pessimist in the past. I can't really show you what I mean. I've come to learn that some things you just learn by yourself.

I can see why you would say that, but at the same time, being pessimistic allows you to plan ahead for those hard times. When dealing with anything, both sides have their points, and even then it's not so black and white. Sometimes people in general (including myself) are hard to deal with, and we all deal with it in our ways. The result is the most important thing. Whatever makes us happy with ourselves and our surroundings (like I mentioned earlier).

First, i want to thank you. You've put into words the thoughts and frustrations I've had but never expressed, mostly because I am sure there are few who would understand this level of thought. Of the people that I know there are only about 4 that are on this 'level'. The few times we've ever talked i've had suspiscions of you having a profound depth behind an innocent smile which is not a bad thing because in world flooded with ignorace it is hard to conceal genius.

wOw, quite the compliment Santi, I want to say thank you because I value your opinion, if I didn't I would've probably pulled one of these "=]...<3 u!" So if you've had these thoughts, and you've never expressed them (even though it's because of the overwhelming ignorance in others), then I think you should share them anyway because sometimes people do surprise you. Right now "You of all people" have surprised me, but then again, no... because I've read your entries in Fernando's lj about communism and in that situation you put thoughts into words in a way I couldn't. So what's your best quality? I think it's that you provide both valid and intelligent thoughts AS WELL AS being the humorous "feel good guy" that we all love =D. So as well as being able to identify the flaws in everyone, I can also find the one thing that makes them so special (to me).

Consider yourself added my friend =].

and umm the ability you have of being able to point out the flaws and qualities in just about anyone, i think is due to your intelligence. People with thoughts of value are very analitical, i know because i also do this quite often, thank you, your welcome, you rock.
