i remember people way too much, too. i just joined a gym and the person who did all my paperwork was hillary eller, with whom we went to high school. i don't know why i remember her, she didn't do track and we didn't have any classes together. but i do! maybe i remember her because of danny eller who did do track? i don't know. it was ackward.
p.s. to get my "nutritional guidelines" i had to give them a phone number, and i gave them yours and laurels. so if you get a call from curves, i'm sorry. it seemed like a good idea at the time, but maybe not. :[ everyone there is SO HAPPY ITS KIND OF SCARY. i almost feel like i've joined a cult...

i don't remember which numbers i gave out or even if they were right. i should have thought about that before i did it. i think i gave laurel's davis number but it was wrong, and then i think i gave them your davis hous number? i'm sorry!!!
anyway the book is just about like, how to kickstart your metabolism if its sluggish. it has this questionaire that you read to determine whether a high protein/low carbohydrate or high carbohydrate/low calorie diet is the best for you, and then a six week outline for your body to get used to eating 2,000 calories a day and then excercising a lot? i dunno. it was looooooong.
