lisa germano is a crazy woman. i went to her show on wednesday night and i spoke with her before she went on. she complained that there weren't any people there and i tried to explain to her that people would show up, that buffalo is a strange city for shows (especially on weeknights), and that a show that starts at 8pm in buffalo usually means

I was at that show. I remember people trying to reassure her and I just sat back and watched her - she's fucking nuts but I guess I understood her neuroses. Actually, I think I remember feeling like she could ruin my vision of her as my favorite artist if I took anything she was saying to heart. She ended with "The Darkest Night of All" which is one of my favorite songs of all time so I just tried to put her insanity aside. I think I saw your band before - I was Vic's roommate for the summer before I moved to Washington. Found your LJ through Lisa fans...thought I'd comment and say hi.
