Is it bad to be proud of scarring someone?
I suppose it does make it better is said someone is a sim…
Behold Harry's scar, my first piece of very simple custom content made for Sims 3. Honestly, I miss the good old days of Sims 2 Body Shop, since this was so much easier than it’s now. Did EA Games make producing custom content more complicated on purpose so they could sell the stuff from their store instead…? Anyway, it took me a while to get the CasTextureUnitool running properly on my computer, and then another while to figure out all that layer/masks/pattern stuff and actually get things to show up in the game, but it finally seems to be working. Yay for small progress, I guess ;-)
Next up on the to-do list, proper uniforms, because while the ties are a good first step, there are none for girls, and I want to standard grey sweaters as well. And perhaps a few tentative first steps into the world of Sims 3 meshing, because Harry needs proper round glasses, not oval ones, dammit.
Also, is it just me, or do all Sims 3 kids kinda look the same, even if their features are rather different when they’re older?
