Heard the Shuttle was flying today and wanted to get the hell out of the house around lunch so called up a few friends and on very short notice had 2 aircraft and a Tandem hang glider in the air and Lacy along for her first glider flight with a friend and both of us caught pretty sweet view of our first daytime shuttle lauch as STS-129 ( Read more... )

Beaver is the Cadillac of ultralights. well at least in the early 90s when I was flying.

Na, Dragonfly ultralight. Was purpose built for slow stall and glider towing.
