Clearing out old energy

My new place has a room that I want to use for my temple/sacred space. But the previous owner has "issues" and her energy has just infested the room. Before I put my stuff in there I wanna clear it, but I don't even want to take my tools into the room before I clear it, lest the energy attach to them

What I like to do it sort of like an energy bomb. I pull or let myself be filled with positive energy until it feels like it's seeping out of my pores. Then I visualize it bursting from my body and going into the entire space. Then I will replentish with what I want in there. Then put your protection up to keep her energy at bay.

Now since you are a music lover you can use music to clear the room too. Just go with your instinct if you do this.

If you do use your method, which I think is good too, be sure and bless both water with the energy you want in your room.
