Potable water, caffeine, facilities, and AC

Is it too much to ask for potable water, caffeine, facilities, and AC while slaving away for 12-hours a day? I don’t think so. A water main break in the office building caused the city’s water department - yes, they actually have workers who clock-in AND perform their duties - to shut the building down last Thursday afternoon through Sunday.
