Leaving the hermit life

The hermit is returning to a social lifestyle - slowly. Lines of communication are beginning to be reestablished. To paraphrase a long, lost friend - a phrase that should more appropriately be applied in reverse - so ensues my foray into self-aggrandizing publicity.
