I love stupid customer rants...because most of them really are stupid...

And the ones that aren't are worth a lot...

And hell, the one in a million that isn't stupid and actually knows what's going on and it polite to you...that's worth more than gold.

I'm guessing the ones who know what's going on don't actually have to call you about anything, so you only get to talk to the ones who are angry because they screwed themselves over.
