Just came across a new one; Sonnema Herb Vodka from Holland. Very interesting. It's not sweet like a cordial or anything, it really is just herb-infused vodka. Quite nice frozen.

like 'floral' herby (lavender and such) or 'earthy'? the latter might be nice...

i've seen Stoli Heather on the shelf, but never tried it.

Definitely the earthy variety. It's a little on the anise side without tasting like licorice and has hints of coriander and maybe heather. It's subtle, but it grown on you. I'll freeze a bottle for New Years.
