made my first steamed pudding(*) for Christmas. much easier than i'd expected. super tasty, but sets up like a brick. more like a New England 'brown bread', but with more 'stuff

Icewine...very nice, but very, very sweet. Yummy in small quantities though :-)

i figured. as long as it's not to syrupy it should go over well.

right now i'm kicking back with a 10-year tawny port.

I love me the icewine. And I way prefer tawny ports to ruby ports -- less sweet.
