You know when you post an entry, and there's that little box to list what music you're listening to at the time?

Now, most of the time I am listening to music, but on the occasions where I'm not, I deliberately start up my music player, set it on random, and hit the skip button until it lands on a song that I think I

Oh my God! I do that as well! Though I tend to go to Shoutcast radio instead and select a channel. I'm quite relieved someone else does that kind of thing actually.

I outed myself when I was posting an entry, and my son looked over my shoulder as I opened the music player, and wanted to know what the hell I was doing.

I think there was only one post where I actually listed the song I was listening to at the time. Every other time, I find one that fits the post (occasionally, I'll actually listen to it at the time).

I sometimes deliberately pick an appropriate song (for instance, Wagner, when writing about space opera), but usually I try and keep it random.
