I've revived the cooking blog properly at last.

Today's recipe: Baked jam roll. I suspect that those of you sweltering through the northern summer at the moment will probably avoid this one.

Ha no-one is doind any sweltering up Sheffield way! Here in Yorkshire it has been rainy and cold for the last fortnight, with temperatures reaching a scorching, er, 16 degrees centigrade. I quite like it myself as I hate the heat, and cold weather means you can enjoy winter comfort food! So I may well be pushing Duffy into making use of your recipe. We were just wondering the other day about where to get a good jam roly-poly.
