Flashing red and blue lights

I am convinced the Monmouth Police are out to get me. I have now scene their flashing lights in my rearview mirror twice in not even two weeks. Both events driving home from work at 12:30 am and both occasions were because they were looking for a DUII. So I never got tickets but for goodness sake, I know so many people that drive after drinking and
