I have to present tomorrow in English.. fun fun! Not. I have to rehearse again but my presentation is 10 mins long, which is good cause that is the maximum. I'm so tired I'm at the point where I can't sleep. I hate that. I'll attempt to sleep so I don't look totally like crap tomorrow. Time to stop bitching, but that's what these journals are for

i agree that medication isn't always the answer to everything. I like to avoid taking it at all costs. The medicine i try to limit myself to is mainly tylenol or cough medicine.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful comments that you left on my journal. They were very kind and much appreciated. sorry if i don't comment on yours very often, in addition to rarely taking medication i even more rarely read live journal entries.
