hey hope you feel better. i know how it's like to set goals that you think will make you feel better and in the end they don't, trust me i know. but little things end up making your day or make you feel like you how you thought the other things would. and the blaming thing....well all i can say is that you have to think about the stuff that you've done good and forget about the bad. blaming others doesn't make what happened go away or seem less it's just diverting the attention. so ya just thought i say something ;)!
