Erm. Oh, my God, there are so many questions I could ask. I guess what I really want to know is this - it must be so tough to keep your head up, to keep believing, through all the insane things that happen, and how do you not only do it but make it look easy?

I make it look easy? Let me tell you, it's not and it never is. But after a while you find your own way of getting used to it--you have to, otherwise, you wouldn't survive another minute.
